#100happydays

I wonder if you guys have heard about this?!

#100happydays is an awesome trend that is taking over the world and I think that it is such an amazing idea. All it asks you to do is to take a picture of something that is making you smile every day for 100 days and to post it to your favourite social networking site with the hashtag 100happydays.

Easy right? According to the 100happydays website 71% of people who start this challenge fail, with the main reason for this being that they simply didn't have the time. No time to be happy?! That's unbelievably sad.

On the flip side, people who completed all 100 days stated that they felt more positive and they realised truly how lucky they were.

So, are you up to the challenge? If you would like to get involved then all you need to do is visit 100happydays.com and sign up! You can choose to take part using twitter, instagram, Facebook, or if you don't want your pictures to be viewed publicly then you can opt to privately email them to the 100happydays team.
